Court's walk for Dementia!

I'm raising funds for people with dementia!

My Nan has suffered through this disease over the past few years and i just want people to be more aware of this disease and how horrible it is. So I'm raising funds for my Nan and for people with dementia! 

But I need your help! Please make a donation to support my efforts and help me reach my goal to create more knowledge of dementia.

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
