Walking for Mum - Dementia Action Week!

Please help me raise money for Dementia Australia. The support that Dementia Australia gave me and my family over a 12-year period was incredible. 

My beautiful mum died in 2022 after losing the battle with younger onset dementia. I am raising funds to help continue Dementia Australia's important work support the families of, and people living with Dementia.

You can help by making a donation to support my efforts and help me reach my goal to beat dementia. I am pledging to walk 10,000 steps/day starting in Dementia Action Week, for a month.

Mum used to walk 7km or more everyday (roughly 10,000 steps / walk)... she was fit, healthy, hardworking and the most caring of mums that anyone could ask for. Mum died at 64 years young. I miss her so much.

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
