We are hosting a Morning Tea for Dementia to make a difference
The Evolve Neurological Physiotherapy Team will be coming together on Wednesday 4th October to learn more about supporting clients with Dementia whist enjoying a delicious morning tea. Money raised will go a long way to fund medical and social research and support the vital services, support groups and education programs that Dementia Australia provides to people living with dementia, their families and carers.
