I'm raising funds for people with dementia!

For 35 years, Pasticceria Papa has been at the heart of Sydney’s Italian community, serving our famous ricotta cake and sharing the sweetness of tradition with families across generations. Reaching this milestone is more than just a celebration of our history – it’s an opportunity to give back to the community that has supported us for so long.

This year, we are proud to partner with Dementia Australia. Dementia touches the lives of so many families, including our own. Owner Salvatore Papa and wife Josie Papa fathers live with dementia – one of whom has since passed away. This cause is deeply personal to us, and we are committed to raising awareness and funds to support vital services, education, and research that make a difference to people living with dementia and their loved ones.

By coming together to enjoy the food and culture that defines us, we can also help create a future where memories are cherished and supported. Every cake shared, every dollar raised, and every story told is part of this journey.

35 years of sweetness, supporting memories for the future.

We will be releasing a new Ricotta Cake flavour to our range and all proceeds of our mini new ricotta cake sold will go to this great cause.
