We're taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia
Hi guys, our mum, Jan, has Alzheimer’s dementia. During the tough ride over the last 6 years (yep 6 years for diagnosis!!), our family have had amazing support from Dementia Australia and we’d not have coped well at all without it. DA have provided counselling and support services for us and so that’s why we’re doing this challenge. To give back to DA so they can help other families like us, but also for our beautiful, caring, loving mum Jan. Without you there would be no us. We love you mum xxx
