I'm raising funds for people with dementia!
They say age is just a number and I’d have to agree, but the number 40 is a milestone number and I’m planning to make it memorable. Make it meaningful.
I’ve created a solo event and I’m using the milestone occasion to do something that is bigger than my birthday and bigger than me.
40 / 40 / 40 – A Day To Remember
On my 40th I will:
🚣♂️ Row 40km
🚵♂️ Ride 40km
🏃♂️ Run 40km
And I’m doing it to raise money for a cause so very close to my heart – Dementia Australia – with my amazing Dad suffering from this hideous illness right now.
In that order and in one day, my 40th Birthday is dedicated to Dementia and will definitely be A Day To Remember.
But I need your help!
All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
