My beautiful Mum has advanced dementia and I would love to raise some money to help others like her coping with the huge life change this brings for all concerned
Our Christmas Wish is to raise funds and bring joy to people impacted by dementia and their families this Christmas. No matter how far apart we may be, we can all virtually come together to make a difference and have some festive fun.
