I'm raising funds for people with dementia!

This October, I'll be running 100 kilometres over three consecutive days to raise money for Dementia Australia.

I'm taking on this challenge because dementia is a cause that is deeply personal to me. I unfortunately lost my grandmother to dementia, and seeing the traumatic and devastating impact it had on her and my family is something I'll never forget. I also know many people close to me who have lost loved ones to this disease, which has shown me just how many families are affected by it.

Dementia is Australia's leading cause of death, and hundreds of thousands of Australians are currently living with it. Behind every diagnosis is a person, a family, and a lifetime of memories that deserve to be cherished.

By running 100 kilometres over three days, I hope to raise both funds and awareness to support people living with dementia, their families, and the research that will one day lead to better treatments and, hopefully, a cure.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference. If you're unable to donate, simply sharing this page would mean the world to me.

Thank you so much for your support.
