I am raising funds for Dementia Australia in memory of my loved one.
So super hard to process the fact that Pop has been gone for a year now. I truly don't know how that happened.
My Pop will never be forgotten as long as I am around. His legacy lives on, he has raised so much awareness around Dementia.
Each year I will create a fundraiser in Pop's name, to help raise funds for much needed research.
