The choice is all yours! We designed this challenge to be flexible, so you're welcome to chose the crunch style that best suit your fitness level. The most important thing is that you're moving and making a difference!

Do I need to complete the crunches all in one go?

This challenge is all about what works best for you! If you prefer to cover the entire crunches in one continuous stretch, go for it! Alternatively, you're welcome to divide the series into smaller segments—perhaps some in the morning and some in the evening. The key is to complete the daily 100 crunches in a way that fits into your lifestyle.

How can I accurately track my exercise during the challenge?

In your welcome pack, you'll find an activity tracking calendar to help you mark off each day you complete your 100 crunches. For added convenience, consider using a fitness watch if you have one, as it's a great way to automatically keep track of your reps.

Alternatively, there are several smartphone apps available that can help you monitor your exercise. While these apps are not officially endorsed by Dementia Australia, they can be a useful tool.  Remember, the best tracking method is the one that keeps you motivated and accountable throughout your journey!
